I found a couple of things less than stellar. it definitely disrupted the peace. the staff also seemed a bit indifferent. They weren't rude, but they weren't exactly helpful either.

the breakfast buffet HAD a great variety. i liked the location OF the hotel, it was close to everything. The room have a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean.
the front desk personnel WAS not very friendly when i checked in. I expect better service considering how expensive the hotel are.

the hotel's location was acceptable as it was right on the sea front.
unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to its rating. the staff were not up to the standard expected from a hotel of this level. i expected more attention to detail and service.
