perfect location helpful staff lower standard smaller room
The location was PERFECT!!! It was right on the beach front. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had a difficulty with my car, AMAZING!!! The night staff were pretty good.
The hotel did not live up to its rating, sadly. I asked to extend an extra day and they only had a smaller room available. They charged me more for the smaller room than the classic room I had been in!!!

I found a couple of things less than stellar. it definitely disrupted the peace. the staff also seemed a bit indifferent. They weren't rude, but they weren't exactly helpful either.

the breakfast buffet HAD a great variety. i liked the location OF the hotel, it was close to everything. The room have a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean.
the front desk personnel WAS not very friendly when i checked in. I expect better service considering how expensive the hotel are.
